Fast and efficient. Good pricing.

The whole experience with this company was subpar. First, they were nice to me when I called and answered all of my questions. Then when my wife called to set up the delivery, they were rude to her. I’m not sure why they treat women as inferior to men but it’s unacceptable. Second, when it came time for delivery we were not going to be home. We called and asked them to not drop it off in front of the gate to the back yard but that they could drop it off beside the gate. What did they do? Drop it off directly in front of the gate. Lastly, the quality of the “garden blend” was supposed to be “minimal pine bark.” That was a blatant lie because it has a LOT of pine bark mixed in. Would not recommend.

Very poor customer service. I will not shop here again. Attendant warned that the scoop of dirt would fall on top of the bed tool box and the dirt would go against the truck back window and he was correct. BUT most companies try to angle the tractor scoop to minimize this. This guy just dumped the dirt as fast as possible not caring what happened to our truck. Then without any communication, he whizzed back to the office as fast as he could. We were the only customers also. I will never shop here again and will not recommend this place either.

Great guys and good product. We moved and we did get our landscape supply from Upstate Landscape Supply. Was always great until last week. Absolute disappointment. I'm glad, because we went back to Hensons Mulch. Great quality and half the price then Upstate. Worth the additional distance to drive.

They got good prices as compared to what I've found on river rock. Friendly enough guy n they much more to than just mulch. I'd bring my business back
